Jeffrey Darling

I have had a passion for all things film since I can remember. In my teens still photography opened a world and a way of expression that I felt at home in but the desire for motion picture was driving me further. Early on I crossed over into films and fortunately they were quickly recognized and I was swept up shooting documentaries, short films, commercials, music videos and more features, with people like Russell Crowe, Alex Proyas and Gerard de Thame. Awards followed but there was still the need for a stronger expression so I naturally fell into directing whilst still shooting for myself. From there it has been a love story with the medium continually inspiring. The infinite emotional palette that can be expressed in film is what it’s all about.
